物化性質(zhì)：本品為無(wú)色透明液體，溶于大多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑。
產(chǎn)品用途：特別適用于生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)無(wú)毒PVC制品，如一次性PVC手套、兒童玩具、輸液管、醫(yī)療器械、冰箱密封條以及食品包裝膜等。環(huán)氧脂肪酸甲酯是新型環(huán)保增塑劑，可代替各類主增塑劑，如DOTP、DOP、DBP、TBC、DINCH。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
1、環(huán)保無(wú)毒：此產(chǎn)品以天然植物油為原料生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品已通過(guò)ＳＧＳ檢測(cè)，完全達(dá)到歐盟的環(huán)保要求，現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于出口歐盟的一次性PVC手套中。
2、顏色：產(chǎn)品顏色達(dá)到20號(hào)，和DOTP顏色一致，不影響生產(chǎn)任何透明PVC制品
3、環(huán)氧值：此產(chǎn)品為國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品中環(huán)氧值最高的，可增加有效替代份數(shù)，降低PVC制品生產(chǎn)成本。

Physicochemical Properties :It is a kind of colorless transparent liquid and can be soluble in most of organic solvent .
Application: Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester HY-S-01 is mainly used to produce high-quality PVC products ,such as disposable PVC gloves , children toys ,perfusion tube , medical equipment ,refrigerator seal and food package film ,etc . It is a nontoxic and environmental-protection plasticizer, and can substitute adjacent benzenes series plasticizers: DOTP,DOP,DBP,TBC,DINCH .
